Managing Director
Warren Mande is the Managing Director of Altron Document Solutions, a Xerox-authorised distributor and key player in South Africa’s digital document services space. Reappointed to this role in 2023, Warren is leading the company’s strategic reinvention, restoring growth, stability, and customer focus
With over 20 years of experience across executive roles in the Altron Group, Warren previously served as Managing Director at both Altron Managed Solutions and Altron Arrow.
He has led complex turnarounds, M&A transactions, and restructuring programmes, including the successful divestiture of the R1.1 billion rand NCR Banking Unit. He also spent 8 years in Altron’s UK operations, leading the M&A roll up of multiple Xerox UK Channel partners and growing the combined operations as Sales Director.
Warren holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand and is an admitted attorney of the High Court (non-practising). He is also a graduate of the Wits Business School.

Johann Combrink is currently the Head of Finance for Altron Document Solutions, a Xerox-authorised distributor headquartered in South Africa. Appointed in May of 2024, he is responsible for overseeing fiduciary responsibilities, financial planning, and cash management, as well as actively participating in client negotiations and operational enhancements.
Johann is a highly accomplished finance professional with over two decades of experience in data driven business performance and operational efficiency across various sectors, including healthcare, retail and oil & gas. He has demonstrated expertise in strategic decision-making, financial management, and process optimization, both locally & internationally
Johann’s leadership in significant projects, such as the development of comprehensive industry solutions at various Healthcare businesses and the implementation of new financial models, highlights his strategic vision and operational acumen. Since appointment in his current role Johann has delivered a 21% pt improvement in debtors, and is currently leading the process to secure ownership stakes in vertically integrated partner businesses for Altron Document Solutions.
Johann holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pretoria, an Honours degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria, and is admitted as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and Certified Management Accountant (CIMA).

Yolanden Moodley is currently the Head of Office Systems Group for Altron Document Solutions, a Xerox-authorised distributor headquartered in South Africa. Appointed in June of 2024, he is responsible for overseeing sales and operations, service delivery and transformation for domestic operations of outright sales and managed services in the hard copy print & digital solutions market.
Yolanden has over 20 years of experience across technology, operations, and digital innovation, having held senior leadership roles in business optimisation and operational excellence within Altron. His expertise spans managed services, digital transformation, and customer experience innovation, in both Enterprise and Mid-sized markets.
Yolanden has played a pivotal role in significant projects transforming banking and retail operations at Altron Managed Solutions, primarily through empowering people and leveraging technology to drive change. He has also reshaped service delivery models, building competitive advantage for customers and launch new go-to-market strategies. Since appointment to his current role Yolanden has led a comprehensive service transformation, elevating profitability across Xerox Global Services (XGS) and its operational divisions by 78%, reducing break-fix mean time to resolution by 37% while sustaining 99% uptime, and expanding digitally enhanced services through gamification, remote support, and AI-powered customer self-service.
Yolanden is a graduate of Wits Business School Management Advancement Program and holds an MBA from Henley Business School graduating Cum Laude. Yolanden has certified in multiple vendor environments, project management and process engineering.

Keith Knott is the Head of Production Systems Sales & Operations at Altron Document Solutions (ADS), a Xerox-authorised distributor and key player in Southern Africa’s digital document services market. Appointed to this role in 2023, Keith leads all aspects of ADS Production Print business from sales, to service, product and vendor management and in delivering managed services to key segments within South Africa.
Keith has over 30 years in the print industry, starting in the fax machine era and transitioning to more complex digital printing solutions over time. Keith possesses a wealth of knowledge and understanding about customers who sell print and printed material and in 2007 was asked to establish and lead a team to grow the Bytes Document Solutions Production Printing group. His focus now is on continued relevance for ADS, forging new vendor relationships to take advantage of growth segments in packaging, labels, fast inkjet, wide format and software solutions that control & enable complex workflows to drive productivity and ROI for a diverse customer base. Additionally, Keith continues to lead ADS managed services print business for the delivery of examination papers as part of a consortium & secure output of sensitive printed materials, embedded at banking, legal and consulting customers.
Keith has had the opportunity to run his own business learning much about the real world challenges that business owners face.

Olivier Merven is the Head of Indirect Channels at Altron Document Solutions (ADS), a Xerox-authorised distributor and a leading player in the digital document services market in Africa. Appointed to this role in March 2023, Olivier is responsible for sales, business development and expanding the partner ecosystem.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Olivier has previously held positions, including Country General Manager, Altron Mauritius, Head of Africa Operations, and Regional Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa at ADS. Olivier specializes in leading indirect operations and partner networks, with a keen understanding of how to influence without authority and drive shared success. Olivier has led businesses in unpredictable geographies & times of extreme uncertainty, whilst consistently delivering growth & managing risk to people and operations. His most recent success in growing and refreshing the ADS partner network in South Africa is delivering growth and renewed partner focus on the brand.
Olivier holds a Diploma from Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Information Technology & a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Amanda Hetherington is the Head of Marketing at Altron Document Solutions, a Xerox-authorised distributor and key player in South Africa’s digital document services space. Appointed to the role in 2023, Amanda is responsible for overseeing marketing, customer experience and innovation initiatives to drive revenue and profit growth.
With over 30 years of experience in Altron Document Solutions, Amanda previously served as Head of Operations & Technology and has held multiple senior management positions across the organisation in partner management, sales, product management and marketing. She continues to use her expertise in vendor management, marketing and sales to drive growth and focus on the customer.
Amanda is an expert in designing and implementing high-impact campaigns and programs delivering productivity and improved financial outcomes. Early in her career she successfully reduced time-to-market in product launch from 180+ days to just 30 days delivering over 100% improvement in time to revenue and profit. Amanda then brought that attention to detail and process to drive channel partner success, creating & deploying rebate programs with accreditation initiatives delivering yearly, consistent, double-digit growth within the A3 color units’ segment. Most recently Amanda assumed responsibility for leading a government sales division accounting for 70% of the equipment sales revenue and building annuity for the business for many years to come.
Amanda is a graduate of Da Vinci Institute, graduating Cum Laude in Management of Technology and Innovation. She also holds further certifications in marketing, PR and project management.

Dan Smith leads Altron Document Solutions’ efforts to generate revenue through marketing, sales support, and a customer first focus.
Dan, a 20-year chartered marketer was previously the Chief Marketing Officer for Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia. Prior to that he was the General Manager of Xerox’s Africa Operations and held positions leading marketing across Xerox’s Middle East & Africa division and has spent time in roles across Europe, Developing Markets and the UK.
Dan has a deep knowledge of different segments of the IT industry, including office automation hardware, solutions & software focused on process automation, workflow improvement and outsourced services. He has led operations with Indirect Sales partners, Direct Sales and has familiarity with different go to market models dependent on business need.
The key aspect of his role is to build a marketing organisation & platform that will take Altron Document Solutions forward, showcasing its core offerings and expanding and transforming its business into the digital solutions arena.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hertfordshire and a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Alan Crowther is the Head of New Business at Altron Document Solutions (ADS), a Xerox-authorised distributor and key player in Southern Africa’s digital document services market. Appointed to this role in 2024, Alan is responsible for growing New Logo Sales and expanding participation in tenders & bids to drive revenue growth for the Office Automation Portfolio and Digital Solutions.
Alan is a deeply experienced sales & business development professional with 35+ years’ experience working in the South Africa Office Automation Industry. Alan has, in this time, worked in all sectors and segments leading teams in Direct, Indirect, Enterprise, SMB and Government business. As such his knowledge of how business is done in South Africa is unparalleled and he uses that knowledge and understanding to deliver leading edge solutions that consistently meet complex business requirements. With an ability to control costs and get the most from scare resources Alan has succeeded in some of the toughest business environments, where new business is generated by the relentless focus and energy required to convince non-users to change their mind.
Alan is a proud alumnus of Maritz Brothers College, Observatory where his passion for sports saw him excel at water polo, rugby and proudly represent South Africa at the Archery World Championships.

Andries Pretorius is the Head of Business Transformation of Altron Document Solutions, a Xerox-authorised distributor and key player in South Africa’s digital document services space. Appointed to the role in 2024, Andries is leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives to drive modernization, innovation, and growth within the organization.
With over 20 years of experience across senior leadership and executive roles in the Altron Group, Andries previously served as the Executive Head of Information Technology Altron Managed Solutions and Head of Service Desk and Command Centre Services at Altron Digital Business. He led Information Technology teams, responsible for delivering services to the major retailers and banks in South Africa as well as successfully leading the technology component of a divestiture of the R1.1-billion-rand NCR Banking Unit.
Andries holds an Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School and a Master of Information Technology from the University of Pretoria
